Automation Engineering
Overall project management of your automation projects. We start by examining your operations and identify opportunities. We establish a cost analysis, budget target, return on investment calculations to justify the business case. We then manage the scheduling and running of all aspects until you're satisfied with the final result.
Manufacturing Engineering
Beginning with your production, we write a comprehensive, organized and easy to follow project scope calling out the technical details. Team meetings help refine needs, any OSHA, FDA, EPA, etc. regulations are met, parts are ordered, designs developed and the customer needs integrated into the project.
Industrial Engineering
We optimize automation layout to your floor plan, map out material flow, translate any restrictions, design for forklift/vehicle traffic and safeguard accordingly. We account for eyewash stations, extinguisher access, fire alarm or sprinkler requirements, machine cycle time, delivery points - how often, where to, in what type of container, etc.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical engineers will design and configure the cell inward, allowing for equipment, fixtures, belts, motors, and other hardware. Cell fencing will guard the automation process where necessary, precise calculations on welding or installations to concrete, support structures, platforms, stairs and evacuation points accounted for.
Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineers will wire up PLC's (programmable logic controllers), HMI's (human machine interfaces or screens), sensors, incorporate safety features like light barriers or lasers that will stop the cell in emergencies. Any building security, emergency over-ride or triple redundant bypasses will be accommodated.​
Controls Engineering
Controls will be integrated to the computer systems or overall EMS systems. PLC's, HMI's, and sensors will function correctly and compile the appropriate data needed to analyze automation performance. The robot will be programed to various tasks, products and models as needed.
CAPEX Validation
We help validate the capital expenditure process by offering return on investment calculations, risk analysis, safety assessments, CPK studies and other statistical analysis. This also supports the team by providing updated timing studies, changeover conditions, maintenance costs, and consider future product/model upgrades.
Automation Installation
The installation of automation equipment will flow smoothly as we appoint a supervisor, job site lead or site superintendent to direct a team of qualified technicians. Equipment is installed to the engineer’s specifications using skilled welders, electricians, mechanical techs, riggers, equipment operators, and other various experts.
Specialized Industries
We are not afraid to assess your industry. If needed, we can hire specialized experts for unique and custom fields like nuclear, thermo-fusion, X-ray, aeronautical, submarine, sub-terrain/mining and others. We also actively bid on government, military or space operations requiring contractor security clearance.
